The panoramic villas project is set in a spectacular panoramic location offering breathtaking sea views of one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of the island.
This luxury project consists of 9 two-story independent villas with 4 bedrooms and a private pool each, located within a convenient 5-mins walking distance from the nearest beach.
The concept of the floor plan design capitalizes on the astounding sea views, and its modern aesthetic honours the natural surrounding elements with the use of generous glazing that allows the natural sunlight into the home. The interior of each villa is organised into two levels.
On the ground floor, there is the main living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a well-equipped open space kitchen, and a welcoming dining area. The four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are spread on the ground and first floor. The en-suite dressing room and walking closet add a touch of luxury and serve the modern needs for functionality and comfort.
To make this project even more impressive, the exterior areas are dominated by the imposing spacious pool surrounded by sunbeds and sitting and dining areas that offer the feeling of enjoyment and relaxation throughout the day and the night.
The villas are set in a uniquely large plot, offering total privacy, peace, and tranquillity to the residents.
