BEACHFRONT PROJECT IN AMATHUS

The project is located within the historical area of Amathus, Limassol, occupying a prime frontline position on a Blue Flag sandy beach. Approximately 5,500 m² of the site is designated for a luxury apartment development situated on the northern portion of the plot.

The overall design proposal comprises four ultra-luxury beachfront villas, each set on approximately 1,200 m² plots directly facing the sea. Access is provided via a dedicated gated private road, ensuring exclusivity, security, and privacy. Each villa is allocated approximately 400 m² of building coefficient, resulting in a total permitted built area of around 1,600 m² across all four villas. The residences also include expansive basements, as well as covered and uncovered verandas, increasing the total sellable area to approximately 1,000 m².
